Guided Tour – A General Industries team member will take you on a guided tour of an existing space or site.

Perfect Lease Executive Summary – A Perfect Lease Executive Summary form is drafted to provide you with everything you need to know about the space. This document outlines the specific, quantifiable value, terms, amenities and specifications of the lease.

Follow-Up – A General Industries team member will call you to answer any remaining questions, and respond to comments, ideas and thoughts.
