On August 10th, 2006 General Industries and Vale Vista Associates broke ground on two (2) 30,000 square foot buildings at the Rostraver AirPark in Rostraver Township, approximately 18 miles south of Pittsburgh. The two speculative buildings will be offered for lease or sale, and will be completed in December 2006.

Land parcels for the project were purchased from the Mon-Valley Progress Council, who began developing the mixed-use business park in the late 1990’s. General Industries constructed the original building at Rostraver AirPark in 2001, a 60,000 square foot manufacturing and office facility, which was subsequently purchased by Solar Power Industries, Inc.
