Computer knowledge of Timberline, Constructware, Revit, Excel, Microsoft Applications required.
Estimating expertise from conceptual/square foot based to detailed take-offs.
Proficient with all construction documents (plans and specifications). Aggressive leader with strong communication skills.
Ability to manage staff.
